Lynx not Linux!

When betavine first started most of the team assumed applications based around location would far be the most popular on the site and guess what! We were wrong! It looks like apps with sexy ladies and funny sounds win hands down! The Lynx effect app proves that something as simple as a program that generates funny sounds can be successful.

Lynx Effect

The app is simply an advertising 'tool' to generate awareness around the Lynx brand. It looks like this is a very innovative way at product advertising!

Linux Drivers for Ultra Mobile Devices

Betavine are helping support Linux drivers for Ultra Mobile or ''Netbook'' computers. We currently have one version built for  ASUS EeePC  Ultra Mobile PC''s (UMPC)

What's a netbook PC?

"A netbook computer has a small form factor, is low powered, and normally has a cut down version of the Linux Operating system. Many software packages are unavailable or not installed as standard. Added to these issues is the smaller screen size, meaning less space for the user interface of the Vodafone Mobile Connect software."

Netbook Setup

Setup your software management system to automatically install the VodafoneMobile Connect software onto your netbook.
