Java™ Platform, Micro Edition (Java ME) provides a robust, flexible environment for applications running on a broad range of other embedded devices, such as mobile phones, PDAs, TV set-top boxes, and printers. Sun Microsystems has open sourced Java ME Technology. Developers can access the source code and get support at the Mobile & Embedded Community . Additionally, the Sun Developer Network provides many resources for Sun's commercial Java ME products.
