remindMe is a mobile technology that is focused on improving medication devotion and dosage persistence. Reminders and messages are delivered by SMS text, email or phone call, according to the patient's preferences, in any language. Email and IVR reminder calls are available in the remindeMe Pro package as part of the project sustainability plan.

remindMe is the first healthcare messaging system targeted to busy people whose schedules and locations vary from day-to-day and the elderly who may simply be forgetful. Reminders and messages are routed through a series of delivery attempts until a successful contact is made. Real-time notifications are sent to a patient-approved back-up person when the message cannot be delivered or if the patient does not send a respond back to remindMe within a given time period.

The system is flexible, delivering dosing reminders, treatment instructions and behavioral messages that address patients' attitudes and ideals.
