Community Media Trust is looking for a cellphone application that is low cost/no cost to the user , this application needs to assist in gathering Qualitative data . The application need to be able to feed the data into an electronic mainframe for collation purpose. The application could preferably be a bluetooth application that could send the questionaire to multiple participants and receive the responses from those participants. We have tried exploring these alternatives however proved to not be viable : USSD , WAP , SMS, IVR .
