The betavine mobile connect software has been packaged to work with different Linux distributions. Select the distribution you have and download the packaged zip file. This will contain several packages in RPM or DEB format depending on your Linux distribution and a readme.txt and readme.html file to explain the install process.
The installation of the software packages will require that you have network connectivity.
Developers can go directly to the betavine forge site where they can access the latest release, developer help, information and other projects in progress.
Betavine are currently supporting Moblin, Debain, Ubuntu, SuSE, Fedora and Mandriva Linux distributions. Select from the side menu or by Icon which version of Linux you are currently running.
Moblin is an open source distribution driven by Intel. We currently support version 2.1. This Linux distribution is built with mobility in mind and is also part of the LinuxFoundation. To find out how to get our software installed go here. If you want to find out more about Moblin here.

Mandriva is a free software company which provides an Open Source distribution. We support Mandriva Freedom 2009, to find out how to install for Mandriva go here. The company has a commercial side which provide a range of services which you can find out about here.
Open SuSE is the OS version of SuSE. SuSE is driven by Novel a comercial company providing support to it's Open Source distribution. You can get to our SuSE page from here.To find out about Open SuSE go here.

Betavine currently use Subversion for our source control management system. We currently offer two ways of getting the source code. Checkout via anonymous user, or developer checkout.
This project's SVN repository can be checked out through anonymous access. This will not allow the user to submit code back to the repository. This can be done with the following commands:
svn checkout https://forge.betavine.net/svn/vodafonemobilec
This allows full developer access to the Subversion repository to check-in code changes. To get full access please go here and contact the project administrators. You can use the following Subversion commands as a developer to access the repository:
