Sends an Application Trigger message to the specified number. An application trigger message is an SMS which is set to be recieved on a specified port.

Parameters
The destination number(s) to whom you wish to send the message. The destination must be numeric and contain between 4 and 25 characters.
You can specify between 1 and 10 different destinations
for the message. Just apply more
dest parameters to the
URL
The contents of the Application Trigger you wish to send. Character encoding is set to 7-bit ASCII resulting in a message limit of 160 characters.
The port number to which the SMS will be received
