Betavine is the R&D website of Vodafone Group Services Limited - our registered office is at Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN.

Generally, your use of the site is governed by these terms. However, some services may have additional, or alternative, terms, applicable to that service; where there are alternative terms for a service, those terms apply to that service.

Please conduct yourself appropriately when using the site. We may remove inappropriate comments, content which is alleged to infringe others' intellectual property rights, and other similar content, if we see fit to do so.

You own, and are responsible for, any contributions you make.

If you are under 13, please do not use this website. If you are under 18, please seek parental consent, and guidance, before using the website.

Neither of us is liable to the other for anything outside our reasonable control.

We do not moderate or monitor the site, which is provided "as is". If you spot something inappropriate, please email us at webmaster@betavine.net, telling us (a) how to find the content you are reporting (e.g. a URL), and (b) a brief description of the problem. If you are claiming that particular content infringes your intellectual property rights, you must (a) identify precisely the content which you are reporting, (b) provide details of the right which you allege is being infringed, (c) provide a statement that you are the owner of, of have the right to take action in respect of, that right, and (d) a statement that the content in question infringes your right.

If we need to update these terms, or any of the service-specific terms, we will notify you (e.g. by email, or a banner on the site).

Privacy Policy

If you do not want Betavine to collect any personal information about yourself (e.g. name, email address, mobile number), please do not give us anything - you do not need to register to use the site!

If you do provide us with personal information, we will use it to manage your interactions with the site, and contact you infrequently about matters or events which we think might be of interest (you will not be bombarded with messages!). Because your username is visible across the site, think carefully before using your real name. Similarly, think twice before posting any personal information on the site.

We may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience; if you do not wish for this, please disable cookies in your browser.

Where we share your personal information with other Vodafone companies and partners, which may be located in countries in which there is no, or else weaker, data protection / privacy law, we will take steps to ensure that your rights are respected.
