Application hosting

You must provide us with valid contact details, and keep them updated, so that we can contact you if we need to do so.

Please do your best to ensure that an application does what it says it does, is free from viruses, malware and other malicious code, and does not include any pornographic, offensive or illegal content - we reserve the right to remove any application at any time..

Only use third party intellectual property (e.g. images, text, code) where you are allowed to do so, and follow any licensing requirements (e.g. passing on licence terms, attributing the author).

If, as a result of your use of third party intellectual property rights in any application which you upload, we, as a distributor, must make source code or other data/information available (e.g. if you have used certain open source software), you must provide this to us with your application.
